In general, all sales on this Website are final. However, with regards to refunds and returns, we aim to be fair to both customers and ourselves. Where available we offer both Standard and Registered shipping so customers can choose the level of risk they are comfortable with.
If Standard Airmail is selected, there is no insurance available for this shipping method and we unfortunately cannot offer any refunds on packages that are damaged or go missing.
If EMS Registered Mail (with tracking) is selected for shipment, and the package is damaged or lost by the postal service, we will make an insurance claim with the post office. If/when the claim is fulfilled we will offer a full refund. In the event of non-delivery due to failure to accept shipment, we will reship the order after it has returned to us (it usually takes about 3 months). In this case, the cost of reshipping must be paid by the customer.
DAMAGE TO SHIPMENT
In the event of damage to a shipment, please contact us immediately (within 7 days). Please take photos of the damage immediately upon arrival and submit them by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll attempt to rectify the situation as best we can.
